Mobitraxx is a control system based on an Android application. Determine locations to be visited and Mobitraxx will record the date and time of each visit. You can schedule a routine service or leave the schedule open. Mobitraxx is perfect to control security guard patrols, visits and inspections. In addition, Mobitraxx adds a number of other features, such as panic button, event log, checklists, Time & Attendance, error notifications and monitoring.

Real time is efficiency
By using a mobile device and its features, Mobitraxx works in real time. This means that as site visits happen, records are already uploaded. Any time you access the reports, they will be up to date. You can also monitor the rounds and receive notifications about failures and occurrences. For Mobitraxx to work in real time, you need a data plan or access to wifi.
Identifying locations
If you have used traditional guard tour system, you know that iButton checkpoints are a big problem. They are constantly crushed and ripped off. Mobitraxx can read 3 types of checkpoints:
- GEO - A virtual checkpoint based on geographical coordinates. All you have to do is register the location where the employee should visit, without installing anything, at zero cost. Include as many GEO points as necessary without paying anything for it! To read a GEO point the user must be at the location and click on the point on the screen. We recommend that the minimum distance between 2 GEO points is 50 meters. GEO locations can be read in stealth mode, which means no interaction with the cell phone, simply passing through the location for the reading to be made. Excellent for motorized rounds.
- QR Code - register locations by associating them with QR codes. Mobitraxx generates the codes and you only have to print and fix them in the corresponding locations in the way that you consider most appropriate. This mode is indicated for locations where GPS usage is not adequate, such as underground and indoor buildings. To prevent fraud, Mobitraxx records the exact location where the scan is performed.
- NFC Tag- A chip meant to be read by smartphones. To read, simply position the smartphone a few inches from the tag. The NFC point is suitable for locations where satellite signal reception is poor or absent, or when an absolute accuracy level is required when reading the checkpoints. It can be installed behind glass or plastic. Not all smartphones are compatible with NFC technology, so be sure that your smartphone is NFC compatible if you choose to use this technology.
- BEACON - works with bluetooth technology and eliminates the need for user interaction with the application. The user just have to be next to the place where the beacon is installed to register the location assigned to it. This technology is especially suitable for places where maximum discretion is required, preventing the users from showing off they are handling a mobile.
PANIC
For extreme and risky situations, the panic button will always be present. The user only has to press the panic button for 2 seconds and it will be received by the Monitore Mobitraxx software.
CONTROL
Use the CONTROL function for two different situations:
ROUND - determine locations, schedules and frequency of rounds.
ATTENDANCE - stipulate frequency and tolerance time for "man on site" confirmation.
LENGTH OF STAY - define the optimal time that the user should stay in one place, Mobitraxx PRO will show time elapsed and exceeded.
For rounds and presences, the user will be able to view places already registered and those that are still pending, as well as a complete report of their last activities.
The records are updated in real time and confirmations and errors are reported in different ways, dramatically increasing the efficiency of the controls.
SERVICE
"SERVICE" is a comprehensive feature which can be used in several segments, such as:

- alarm response
- supervisors
- maintenance teams

SERVICE is divided into 3 stages:
- displacement
- execution
- completion
During the displacement, Mobitraxx records the route traveled by the user, from the place of departure to the destination. Both the beggining of travel and the visit location can be recorded based on previusly registered locations or even random locations. The user can register occurrences, fill in checklists and trigger panic at any stage of a visit.
TIME CLOCK
The records of rounds and visits are not the only features that you can carry out since Mobitraxx offers much more! Set up permissions for users to record their labor routine on Mobitraxx, simplifying and automating what was before a real problem for surveillance companies and other service providers: to punch the card in remote locations! With Mobitraxx the employees will be able to clock in and out regular and extra work hours under administrator real time supervision. Labor time control with Mobitraxx is extremely secure and verifies the exact location of the registration, as well as requesting an employee's "selfie" as final confirmation. OCCURRENCE
With Mobitraxx no occurrence is left unregistered. Record the most diverse occurrences, adding up to 6 images, a video and a report. These occurrences can be received by the MONITORE MOBITRAXX monitoring system and be handled by the attendants, who may add their own comments or record the given action. All this information can be seen in a specific report for OCCURRENCES.

PERSONAL NOTIFICATIONS
Set email addresses to receive notifications. Mobitraxx will email at the time of the failure or occurrence. Failures in rounds, panic, occurrences. You define what to report and to whom.

Monitore Mobitraxx is specific to the security and surveillance sector. It monitors mobile devices from multiple accounts and lists all the information on a single screen. Monitore Mobitraxx notifies you about completed rounds, rounds failure, occurrences, low battery charge, or panic. By clicking on the event you see the necessary details, such as not inspected locations in case of round failure, or details of text and photos of occurrences. In addition, the controller can still enter additional information relevant to the event, such as taken actions.
