Round start notification and security

 

Now the Mobitraxx PRO and LITE applications issue round start warnings. It is possible to keep just the notification or add different alarm sounds. Signature on occurrences and checklists

 

How about collecting the signature of the person responsible for completing an occurrence or checklist? Or even a third person involved in this process! Now it is possible to do this with Mobitraxx. The signature button will be available when filling out these documents. But attention: after the document is signed, it will be permanently saved and cannot be changed. If the document is not signed and saved at the first moment, it can still be signed by consulting the HISTORY of the occurrence or checklist available in the application. To start using this fantastic feature, please update Mobitraxx PRO to version 11.66.

Contact ID

 

It is already possible to notify some Mobitraxx events through the Contact ID protocol. Therefore, any monitoring center that uses this protocol can be used. Supported events are ROUNDS FAILURE, ATTENDANCE FAILURE, PANIC and DOWNTIME. It is necessary to have knowledge of the programming of the alarm centers as we do not support this issue.

Checklist update in the Mobitraxx PRO App

 

The second stage of remodeling the CHECKLIST function in the Mobitraxx PRO app was completed. Saving will take place in two steps, giving the user greater control over the information being sent. The filling layout is more user-friendly, as well as the user can register the checklist registration location autonomously.

Not registered reading alert

A message has been implemented for the user if the QR CODE or NFC read is not registered in the account in which the device operates. Mobitraxx PRO must be updated to version 11.42.

Service updates

 

We carried out a comprehensive renovation of the SERVICE function, which includes the WEB ADMINISTRATOR and the MOBITRAXX PRO app.
In the WEB ADMINISTRATOR it is possible to register different categories of services, adding relevant information such as mandatory PPE and recommended materials for carrying out the service. In the MOBITRAXX PRO app, the layout of the service screen was completely redesigned, following the same visual line as the CONTROL and TIME CLOCK functions. In the Mobitraxx PRO app, the users will be able to select which service to perform and will have a much more interactive execution screen to use, which will bring clear information about which service they are performing, what stage they are in and what time has elapsed since the beginning of the process. On the initial screen, the terms UPDATE was replaced by CONFIG, in order to make this information more assertive to the user. Mobitraxx PRO must be updated to version 11.37.

Checklist updates

 

Renewal of the Checklist home screen in Mobitraxx PRO. Through the WEB ADMINISTRATOR it is possible to insert instructions for completing the checklist and also a reference about the completed checklist, which will be added to the description of the checklist in the reports. For these new features to take effect, Mobitraxx PRO must be updated to version 11.33.

New logic in occurrences

 

By clicking on the Mobitraxx PRO occurrences icon, the user is shown the list of available occurrences. Once the occurrence is selected, the user is directed to the filling screen. The occurrence type can be edited before the record is permanently saved. Thus, filling out occurrences became more intuitive for the user. Mobitraxx PRO must be updated to version 11.18.

New report - System logs metrics

 

Visualize through graphics the quality of data sent from your devices and identify potential fraud. There are 4 levels of qualities that will allow you to assess the efficiency of using your Mobitraxx system:
Normal: Logs received with a time difference of up to 5 minutes plus or minus the log on the device.
Slight delay: records received with a delay of between 5 and 15 minutes.
Delay: Registrations received that are more than 15 minutes late compared to registration on the device.
Suspect: registrations received more than 5 minutes in advance (negative delay) in relation to the device registration.

Pending and priority

 

It is now possible to define issues that generate backlogs, as well as define the solution priority level. Use this feature to generate a pending resolution. Priority is defined by the user at the time of completion. When generating a pending occurrence, the system will notify the Monitore Mobitraxx on a recurring basis according to priority. For example: if the priority is VERY HIGH, set to 1 hour, the pending will be remembered every 1 hour, until it is closed. Check and adjust priority levels in CONTROLS / PRIORITIES. Check the option "generate pending" when adding or editing an existing occurrence so that it will require a priority classification when it is filled in the field by the user. Mobitraxx PRO should be updated to version 11.15 and Monitore Mobitraxx app to version 1.45.

Attendance edition

 

When editing an attendance schedule, the user can choose between RECYCLE or RESET it. In recycling, the tracking of the original attendance is ended and a new tracking based on the changes is started. With this, all reports dated prior to the edition of the attendance are preserved. If the user chooses to reset, the changes affect even the reports dated before the edition. In the initial CONTROLS / ATTENDANCE screen, the user can see the settings of attendances that have already been recycled by switching the "active/recycled" combo on the right side of the screen. In the Mobitraxx PRO and LITE applications, attendance is now displayed in greater detail on the information screen, as well as the next attendances to be fulfilled are listed. To use this new feature, Mobitraxx PRO must be updated to version 11.14 and Mobitraxx LITE to version 3.6.

Link QR checkpoints to a position via ADMIN of Mobitraxx apps

 

The Mobitraxx PRO and LITE apps now allow the administrator to link QR, NFC and Beacon checkpoints to specific positions. It is also possible to EDIT previously registered checkpoints. So, if you want to link QR sites that are currently in operation to a specific location, just position yourself in the desired location and edit the checkpoint. A QR location linked to a position can only be read from that location.
 

New Time clock screen display option

 

The user can configure the time clock screen for a simpler look, which only includes capturing the position, if pre-registered checkpoints are not used in this function.

The admin user will be notified of updates to the terms of use whenever accessing any system administration platform.
 

Version update notification

 

The Mobitraxx PRO, LITE and Monitore Mobitraxx applications will now notify and simplify the version update process, when available.
For these updates to take effect, update Mobitraxx PRO to version 11.12, Mobitraxx LITE to 3.5 and Monitore Mobitraxx to 1.44.

Link geographic positions to QR, NFC, and Beacon checkpoints

 

It is already possible to establish that a checkpoint that is not GEO can only be read in a determined position. When linking a geographic position to a QR Code, for example, it will only be read in the defined position. This solves a very common situation, which is the reading of QR checkpoints in other locations, in order to defraud the system. At this first moment it is only possible to make this link via the WEB ADMINISTRATOR, in REGISTRATIONS / CHECKPOINTS. In the next few days we will be releasing new versions of Mobitraxx PRO and LITE that will allow you to make this link in the registration of checkpoints via the application. To start using linked geographic positions now, it is necessary to update Mobitraxx PRO to version 10.9 and Mobitraxx LITE to version 3.1. ATTENTION: you can reuse existing QR codes, it is not necessary to generate new codes. Just edit the location and link the geographic position using the map.

Additional fields on occurrences

 

Add fields to further enrich the details of occurrences registered in Mobitraxx. In addition to the occurrence report, it is now possible to create additional fields to fill in specific information. In the Web Administrator, add up to 4 fields in the registration of an occurrence, in REGISTRATIONS / OCCURRENCES. These new fields will be reflected in the Mobitraxx PRO app. For example, in vehicle flow control it is possible to add fields to collect vehicle, license plate, driver name and company information... Downtime control

 

Downtime control allows notifies if a device spends more time than allowed without sending information to the system. This can be due to the lack of use or even the lack of data service, which is necessary to send information. Both cases are treated as inactive device, issuing alerts to the monitoring Monitore Mobitraxx platforms, emailing notification and also constituting a specific report only on downtime events. Favorite reports

 

Create shortcuts to the most used reports on the WEB ADMINISTRATOR home screen. After being generated as usual, all reports display the "Save as favorite" button on the right side of the screen. More information about devices

 

The subscriber is now able to view the versions of the applications in use in the initial screen of REGISTRATIONS / DEVICES in the Web Administrator. Updated versions are shown in blue and outdated in red. When opening the device details, the fundamental permissions for the correct functioning of the app are displayed and whether or not they were granted during the app's installation process. Time clock metrics

 

New metrics for time clock reporting are now available. Graphs showing attendance rates, punctuality, users with more absences or delays, most common justifications and leaves. Employer account and clock in/out viewer account

 

When making a time clok setrting, only those accounts that are marked as employers will be listed as such, in addition to the subscriber. To select or deselect an account as an employer, simply edit the account in REGISTERS / ACCOUNTS. If the employer is the subscriber, it will be possible to determine an account that will have access to the clock in and outs of the user being registered or edited. Leaves

 

The time clock control has a new report: LEAVES. Through this report it is possible to input new leaves and consult the existing leaves. The following are considered leaves: sick note, class, dismissal, maternity and paternity leave, bereavement and suspension. It is possible to determine whether the hours will be paid or not during the leave period, with the exception of leave due to suspension. The Mobitraxx PRO app should be updated to version 10.3.

New TIME CLOCK layout in Mobitraxx PRO and justification

 

NEW LAYOUT - the time clock interface became more objective. Now the user starts directly on the clock in/out screen, having their name, date / time and clock in or out to be tapped perfectly identified on the screen. The green button for position capture has been replaced by a purple location icon in the upper right corner of the screen. The other procedures for the card punching remain the same.

JUSTIFICATION - if the user forgets or has not been able to punch his card normally, it can be justified and later corrected via the administrator system through the TIME CLOCK / WORKDAYS report. By clicking on JUSTIFY the user chooses the alternative that best fits, and can also add a report and an image. Justification records will always be identified by an exclamation point (!), until they are edited by the administrator. The justification, its report and image, are preserved in the time clock reports.

TIME CARD - the user will be able to view all the information of their work hours, as well as records already made. The new time clock system includes a synchronization system in which the clock in and outs are confirmed on the server. Thus, a user will be able to punch the card along the same workday on different devices, if necessary. Registers made offline are stored on the device and will be sent when service is available.

USER AND HELP - at the bottom of the time card the user will be able to see their registration information or get a help tutorial.

Mobitraxx PRO should be updated to version 10.2.

Corrections and more increments in the TIME CLOCK / WORKSHEET report

After the recent renewal of the WORKSHEET, there were slow downs in the generation of this type of report, which are corrected after this update. The generation of the WORKSHEET list on screen is immediate and the consultation of individual reports opens a new page, which serves to improve usability. Generation of individual PDFs was also made available for each listed user, thus eliminating the need to apply filters to the report for individual queries.

Deleting users and work hours control

When deleting a user that is under work hours control, or a work our control, the operator must inform the reason for the deletion. All the user's work hourts history will be stored as inactive, and their reports can be consulted normally within the dates when there were records. Editing times for a work hour control also has the effect of inactivating a control and creating a new one.

Changes in ATTENDANCE

 

Changes were made to the form of attendance is set. We incorporate the concept of "cycles", which makes clearer to the subscriber the understanding of how attendances are organized. Improvements to time clock reporting

 

We are starting a series of adjustments to the time clock reports. Now the use is faster and more intuitive. If there is only one employer, it is already pre-selected in the employer filters. The reports adopt the default configuration of displaying only the last 24 hours immediately after opening the report, which can be easily changed in the period filter.
 

STANDARD - it is the old LISTING report, with all the details of the clock in and outs, including the user's selfie and the employee and monitor's comments, if any. New design for PDF issuance.
 

LISTING - reproduces the STANDARD report information, but without viewing details. New design for PDF and Excel issuance.
 

COMP TIME - Now the entries related to comp time (add, discount or pay) can be viewed in the COMP TIME report, using the opening arrow of each workday. Command was added for quick user consultation from the synthetic comp time list. New PDF design.
 

No updates are needed.

NEW SERVICE REPORTS

 

We have carried out a large update package on service reports. The subscriber will notice on the ADMINISTRATOR's home screen that there is now an option to switch between viewing CONTROL and SERVICE metrics. When clicking on SEE MORE the user is directed to the service report.
 

METRICS - When opening the metrics report, service completion graphs will be displayed for all accounts as well as for the accounts in which there were service records, facilitating the individual and overview of the performance of each account. The graph is extremely accurate to the events, even showing services that are running at the time of the consultation. Older records may present themselves as inconsistencies, appearing as if they were traveling or attending. This is due to the change in some concepts of logic and over time the report will adjust naturally.
 

STANDARD - it is the report that already existed, with some occasional changes. The service returns to showing the location of commencement of travel, which had been suppressed. When viewing the details of the service, it is possible to open the cards of the responsible user and device used. Also in the details there will be a highlight if the service has been interrupted.
 

LISTING - is the STANDARD report without displaying details.
 

In order to get the most from the SERVICE function, Mobitraxx PRO must be upgraded to version 9.15

New camera improvements

 

Additional improvements were made to capture images and read QR Codes. To capture images in the user register (ADMIN), occurrences, checklists and time clock, we insert a flash button and zoom command through gestural action on the screen. For the reading of QR Codes we added the flashlight activation. Mobitraxx PRO should be updated to version 9.14 and Mobitraxx LITE to version 2.6.

We have carried out a large package of updates on stay reports.


METRIC - When opening the metrics report, precision graphs will be displayed for all accounts as well as the accounts in which there were records of permanence, facilitating the general and individual performance overview of each account. The precision establishes a percentage considering the exact, reduced, exceeded and interrupted stays.
 

STANDARD - is a new report with exclusive design that prioritizes the quick visualization of the results of stays while providing a large number of information. When expanding the line for a stay, the details of each attended checkpoint are shown, such as date, time and location of the reading. Clickable user and device icons allow you to view details. The comments made by the monitor users will be present in this new report from now on. Thus, occurrences of the COMMENTED STAY type are discontinued.


LISTING - is the report that already existed before.


DESCRIPTIVE - allows a document to be issued with a description of the checkpoints and their expected stays.
The Monitore Mobitraxx application must be updated to version 1.26 so that the new terminologies referring to STAYS are applied.

Camera optimization

 

The image capture processes were updated in the Mobitraxx PRO and LITE applications. This affected the following processes:
- user registration through the administrator area
- capture images for occurrences and checklists
- selfie to clock in/out..
The user will notice more simplicity to confirm the capture of images and greater speed in sending.
The Mobitraxx PRO application must be updated to version 9.13 and Mobitraxx LITE to version 2.5.

NEW ABSENCE REPORTS!

 

We carried out a large package of updates on the absence reports. These reports are important because they allow the visualization of checkpoints that are not being registered, whether they are linked to rounds, attendance or even not being linked to any type of control.


METRICS - When you open the metrics report, absence graphs will be displayed for all accounts, facilitating the overview and individual absences of each account.


STANDARD - is a new report with exclusive design that prioritizes the quick view of absences. The information is divided by accounts and groups of checkpoints. Click on the arrow to expand the line and view the absences of each group.
We kept the pre-existing absence report, which from now on is called LISTING. No updates are required.

We made a large package of updates to attendance reports. The subscriber will already notice on the ADMINISTRATOR's home screen that there is a SEE MORE button on the general attendance statistics graph. This button opens the METRIC-type attendance report.

The comments made by the user monitors will be present in this new report from now on. Thus, occurrences of the COMMENTED ATTENDANCE type are discontinued.
FAULTS - This report displays only unattended attendances.
DESCRIPTIVE - allows a document to be issued describing the attendance schedule.
No updates are required by the subscriber.

Important update on Mobitraxx PRO and Mobitraxx LITE

 

Recently, some Android devices started to present problems of reading in STEALTH MODE, as well as the capture of tracks in the SERVICE function. To solve that, update Mobitraxx PRO to version 9.11 and Mobitraxx LITE to version 2.4. At the time of installation, allow the Mobitraxx app to access the device's location ALL THE TIME.

Operational user permissions on Mobitraxx PRO

 

In addition to the restrictions on Mobitraxx PRO functions at the account level, it is now possible to apply a second layer of permissions at the user level. OCCURRENCE reports and SYSTEM LOGS changes

The OCCURRENCES report now automatically loads metrics from all accounts in the last 24 hours, allowing you to view relevant data faster. The LOW BATTERY CHARGE information is no longer considered an occurrence and will no longer be displayed in the event reports, but in the SYSTEM LOGS report, DEVICES sub-report. Security and compliance updates

Increments in the SIMPLIFIED REPORT - return of the LISTING PDF

Upon accessing this report, the subscriber will notice a series of changes:
- the report already opens in the metrics view
- new period filters have been implemented. Now the subscriber can quickly request the viewing of the last 24 hours, the last 7 or 30 days. You can also define the consultation period according to your need by selecting the "Define" option. Maximum period of 30 days.
- reports will always open for ALL ACCOUNTS and for the last 24 hours.
- in response to subscribers' requests, we have moved back to PDF generation of the LISTING report. The new PDF model continues to exist, now generated from the STANDARD report.
- The STANDARD report is also a new way of viewing data on screen, designed to be simpler and more assertive.
- All subscribers who send the SIMPLIFIED report via AUTOMATIC REPORTS will be configured for the STANDARD type. If you want to receive the PDF with the old layout again, go to AUTOMATIC CONTROLS / REPORTS, edit the report submission and select the LISTING type.

New Mobitraxx PRO occurrence screen

We received reports from customers using more modest devices, with small, low-resolution screens, about problems activating the keyboard on the recently updated occurrence screen. So we redid the layout of this screen and the result was sensational, improving usability and intuitiveness in the registration of occurrences. A history of occurrence records was also added. Each user will be able to access only their own record history. Mobitraxx PRO should be updated to version 9.6.

Clock in/out parameters and worksheet printing

The command PARAMETERS has been implemented in CONTROLS / TIME CLOCK. This new feature allows to define some of information that will affect all added time cards. The definition of parameters does not affect existing time cards and the information can be changed when adding a new one. This includes emails to be notified, observations on the worksheet and application, night time, tolerance and information relevant to the comp time.
In REPORTS / TIME CLOCK, a "Worksheet printing" filter has been added, thus the user defines whether to print only the worksheet, add the attachment of observations or just the attachment itself.

 Video and more increments in the occurrence log

The occurrence feature has been completely remodeled, allowing for a more efficient and intuitive use. Add a video of up to 30 seconds that can be accessed in the occurrences report (on screen and PDF), Monitore Mobitraxx (desktop and mobile) and in the notifications sent by email. It is now also possible to inform where the occurrence is during the filling. Device replacement

 

Devices can now be easily replaced within the ADMIN of the Mobitraxx PRO and LITE applications. Under DEVICES select "replace other" and select from the list which device you want to replace.
 

New INFO screen 

 

The INFO screen has been redesigned. The IMEI is now called "ID code" and adds a copy command so that it can be easily forwarded if the device is to be replaced by the desktop administrator. If there are records held on the device, both the INFO icon and the RECORDS icon are in red, reporting the situation.

Changes in REPORTS / TIME CLOCK - Workdays and Comp time

NON-ACHIEVED days are also shown, such as days with absences and days off. These justifications can be changed to other justifications, such as sick note, dismissals, suspensions, etc. Entries of CLOCK IN  & OUT launched by the administrator may be edited until the user validates them with their agreement. It is possible to attach a file to the justification for the shift change, such as a sick note or other significant document. Now the WORKSHEET generated by Mobitraxx aggregates a series of other information. There are 12 new variables that will provide a much more complete picture. New Clock in/out schedule

CONTROL instruction screen

With this screen it is possible to view instructions related to rounds and presences. In the case of rounds, the user will have access to information such as the time left to complete the round, the locations already visited and those that are still missing. In presence, they are displayed during their execution time within the tolerance limits. Also within the instruction screen, the user can consult a history of their activities, both with regard to the results of the controls and the locations registered as a list. The CONTROL configuration has also been remake to have an exclusive screen, which can be activated by the instruction screen or an icon on the execution screen. This configuration allows defining which GEO locations will be displayed on the screen as well as activating and configuring stealth mode flashing.

 

Panic confirmation - from now on, PANIC will request additional confirmation, thus avoiding accidental shots.

 

ACCOUNT SETTING - the role permissions in Mobitraxx PRO have been expanded, adding the removal of the panic button, the use of panic confirmation and the display of the CONTROL settings.

 

Monitore Mobitraxx - in both mobile and desktop versions, faulty rounds are now displayed in orange.

New occurrence: SUSPICIOUS ACTION!

CLOCK IN/OUT instruction screen in Mobitraxx PRO

The initial screen of the lock in/out registration was renewed, bringing more information, such as time of the next clock and PENDING VALIDATIONS. Now that the administrator or an assistant user can make checks and edits to the employee ins and outs, the next logical step has been developed, which is to obtain the employee's agreement on the adjustments to his workday. If there are pending validations, they will be indicated at the bottom of the screen. When clicking, the employee sees the pending validations, being able to accept them or not, or decide later. "Server logs" report

 

With this report it is possible to easily view the time when a record was registered on a device and the time it was received on the server. This report is particularly useful for identifying fraud attempts. For information, a location record takes a maximum of 30 seconds to be received on the server when there is good quality internet and 1 and a half minutes with intermittent or very low speed internet. Logs with a delay above this time deserve attention because they are signs of fraud. This report is available from the ADMINISTRATOR at SERVER LOGS / REPORTS. No updates are needed.

Optimization of data synchronization, logs and error logs

 

The Mobitraxx PRO synchronization system has been optimized, giving the system even more robustness and reliability. Buttons for llogs and error logs have been added to the INFO section of the home screen. Comp time

The COMP TIME added to the clock in/out control has been implemented. The comp time will record hours worked, as well as hours valuated by the subscriber, which include first and second hours overtime, night shift, work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and compensation of work break. Presence Metrics

New available metrics can be viewed by each location, or by a set of locations that have linked presence settings. The metrics are:
EFFICIENCY: measured by the ratio of time attendance, tolerance and unrealized to the expected total.
ACCURACY: Demonstrates the timeliness of attendance records.
PERFORMANCE TREND: compares the results with the previous period equivalent to the one consulted
CRITICAL LOCATIONS: Demonstrates the locations with the highest incidence of failure. Only displayed when there is more than one place consulted at a time.
TIME PERFORMANCE: Shows the average attendance efficiency at each time. Only shown when there is a single place queried.
From now on, reports display seconds in times. No updates are required.

Round Metrics

From now on Mobitraxx subscriber has a powerful management tool: the metrics. We are initially releasing the round metrics, but several other metrics will be developed for other existing reports. The new available metrics can be consulted by each round, or by a set of rounds. To achieve the best visualization of the metrics, it is best to consult for a single round at a time. The metrics are:

Alarm mode in Monitore Mobitraxx for Android

Many subscribers have requested a way to notify events that is more flashy than standard Android notification. So we developed the alarm mode. Turn alarm mode on and off in the bell icon that is displayed on the monitor screen of the Monitore Mobitraxx app. WARNING: The alarm is not discreet at all. ALARM Mode must be enabled and will be triggered only for events marked to be notified. If the application is open upon receipt of the event the alarm is not triggered. Update the Monitore Mobitraxx app to version 1.7.7.

Length of Stay Control

It is now possible to register length of stay in a location. Set the ideal time to stay in SETTINGS/LOCATIONS, this is an OPTIONAL feature. By registering length of stay on a location, the Mobitraxx PRO app displays the optimal time countdown. By default, there is 1 minute of tolerance to end the stay. To do so, just register the location a second time. When the predicted time has elapsed, a progressive count begins, indicating the time exceeded on the location. This feature is available in the Mobitraxx PRO CONTROL function, and to use it upgrade Mobitraxx PRO app to version 7.20 and Monitore Mobitraxx app to version 1.7.5

Trade name, settings interfaces, nonexistent round alert

 

The subscriber can now use the company's trade name, which will automatically be reflected in platforms and reports in PDF. If the trade name is not used, the system will continue to use the corporate name until a trade name is entered in SYSTEM / SUBSCRIBER. The registration screens have been updated making it easier to edit and delete items, as well as allowing the deletion of multiple items in a single operation. Stealth Mode Settings in Mobitraxx PRO

 

It is now possible to adjust the stealth mode blink time, which has been 5 minutes so far by default. Use the gear icon next to the stealth mode control on the CONTROL screen and freely determine the blink time. Monitore Mobitraxx for Android

 

Monitore Mobitraxx for Android mobile devices is now available for free. It is now possible to receive on the mobile phone all events that are received on the Monitore for Windows platform, allowing a greater level of control of the activities recorded by Mobitraxx PRO. In addition to listing the events received, the app allows you to view event details, make voice or text comments and find the exact location where the event was recorded, in case of panic triggering, occurrence logging, checklist and time & attendance. The Monitore Mobitraxx app can be accessed at the Monitor User level, identical to what already exists in the current web software, and also at the account level, thus allowing the monitoring of a single account. The same login and password to access the ACCOUNT platform is used and it is not possible to comment on this access level. Additionally, you can configure notifications for receiving events. Some mobile device models, in some versions of Android, had the font collors of the checklist sometimes white, sometimes gray, and because the background is white, they were invisible in some cases. Geo location reading in stealth mode

 

Stealth mode allows reading GEO locations without the need for the user to interact with the mobile device. Once the stealth mode is enabled, simply going through a GEO location for the reading is enough. Ideal for rounds made on motorcycles or vehicles. The mobile may be locked, but the Mobitraxx PRO app must be active in the CONTROL function. Repeating the reading of a location, when in stealth mode, is only allowed every 5 minutes, avoiding unnecessary records. The Mobitraxx PRO application should be upgraded to version 7.3.

Presence control 

 

Presence control is a new Mobitraxx function. It allows tracking attendance records at a specific location within a predetermined time, allowing a tolerance margin. Attendances or "presences" as we call them can then be classified as "on time," "on tolerance," or "absence." See the presences in the PRESENCES report as well as view presence failures, known as ABSENCES in a specific report for this type of event. Absences can now be BY FAIL - when there is a presence programmed for a particular location and it has not been met - or BY PERIOD - when a particular location has not been visited within the selected period. Updates on the Mobitraxx ADMINISTRATOR, MONITORE MOBITRAXX and CUSTOMER AREA. It is not necessary to update the Mobitraxx PRO application for this new function.

Hide undefined user  

 

It is now possible to suppress the "undefined" user who appears at the top of the user list in the Mobitraxx PRO app. To hide it, simply check the "Hide undefined user" box in the corresponding ACCOUNT register. By checking this option, all smartphones registered under the account will no longer show the undefined user.

Linked action to location  

 

With this new function it is possible to link the automatic opening of a Checklist or Occurrence whenever a certain location is registered. New function: CHECKLIST

 

With this new function it is possible to fill pre-registered CHECKLISTS. Update on ADMINISTRATOR, MONITORE and CLIENT AREA. New version of Mobitraxx PRO 4.6

 

Time & Attendance Increment

An extra line has been created for free filling, which will allow you to aggregate relevant details to the point control of each employee. Completed the receipt of T&A in Monitore Mobitraxx. Now the monitors have available all the details about T&A, and they can write pertinent observations down.

Event Selection in the Monitore Mobitraxx

The double click on an event in the Monitor Mobitraxx has been replaced by an edit command (pencil icon) next to each event. Update on Mobitraxx Monitor.

Enhancement of user registration

 

Now it is possible to add a photo in the user registry, as well as its registration number. Also a field of research was implanted by the number of enrollment. Update on the ADMINISTRATOR platform.

Option to receive news

 

The Mobitraxx client can check in your (System / Subscriber) register if you wish to receive news by email. Currently all our emails sent already offer the option to the client to suspend the receipt of news by email. Update on the ADMINISTRATOR platform.

In order to serve customers from other countries, MOBITRAXX SHOP started offering price lists in other currencies, such as US Dollar, Euro, Mexican Peso and others. The price table presented will be according to the nationality of the customer. If there is no specific table for a nationality, payment will be made in US Dollars.

Payment option Paypal implemented. The Mobitraxx Shop has been redesigned in order to offer to the customer better experience of purchasing Mobitraxx plans. At the moment Mobitraxx Shop is only functional for customers in Brazil.

10/19/2018 - App closes after a second QR Code reading.

 

On some device models, the application was closed after a second QR Code reading. Correction required. The Mobitraxx PRO application should be upgraded to version 4.2. This update is only required for devices where this occurs.

10/15/2018 - Security certificate

 

Https security certificate has been implemented for domains operating the Mobitraxx system. Update on all platforms. The Mobitraxx PRO application requires upgrading to version 4.00.

10/08/2018 - Events settings

 

A selection of accounts was implemented in the event settings. Thus, the event will only appear in Mobitraxx PRO applications that are installed on smartphones linked to the selected accounts. Update on the ADMINISTRATOR platform.

9/25/2018 - Visits report

 

It was identified slowness in the generation of VISIT REPORT that had a high number of records. The report has been redesigned so that the displacement maps and registered occurrences are loaded only under request. Update on the platforms ADMINISTRATOR AND CLIENT AREA.

QR Code locations

Update on the Mobitraxx PRO application, requires upgrade to version 3.11

 

Now it is possible to add and scan places using the QR Code feature.

 

Update on the ADMINISTRATOR platform. In this platforms, the user can choose, at the moment of registering the Site, whether it will be GEO or QR CODE. Once you have registered one or more locations, the user can select and print the QR Codes for the desired locations.

New conditionals for unregistered mobiles

Update on the Mobitraxx PRO application, requires upgrade to version 3.11

 

If the mobile is not already registered, pressing the start button will inform that the mobile is not registered and directs the user to the ADMIN area. Once loged in, Mobitraxx PRO completes mobile registering.

 

If there is only one registered account, Mobitraxx PRO already suggests this account in all the registrations made in ADMIN

8/27/2018 - Add multiple images in a single occurrence log

Update on the Mobitraxx PRO application, requires upgrade to version 3.8

It allows the registration of up to 6 images in the same record of occurrences. A button indicates the number of images added in relation to the maximum number of images allowed. By clicking this button you can delete selected images.

Update on the ADMINISTRATOR, CLIENT AREA and MONITORE MOBITRAXX platforms.

In these platforms the images will be made available as a gallery in the reports OCCURRENCES and VISITS. It has also been optimized to enlarge the image, with a simple click to open it in a new tab.

07/20/2018 - Location link to registered occurrence.

 

Update on the Mobitraxx PRO application, requires upgrade to version 3.7.1

 

There was no time limit for linking a location to an occurrence log, so reports could show situations that are not always reliable. This update binds the record of an occurrence to a location record only if the record of the occurrence is made within a maximum of 2 hours after registration of the location. If this time is exceeded, the occurrence will not be bound to any location.

Allows system administrator to define which accounts the operational and monitor users will have access to.

 

Operational Users
In Mobitraxx PRO, their names will only appear on the smartphones linked to the selected accounts.

 

Monitor Users
In Monitore Mobitraxx, they will only receive notifications from accounts that they have access to.

 

By default, at the time of an user registration all accounts are selected.
